Our 6-Step Workflow
Step 1 – Needs Understanding
We collect your product requirements target market budget and packaging needs.
Deliverables: Confirmed Client Requirement Form (questionnaire summary).
Step 2 – Supplier Sourcing
We screen reliable factories and provide a shortlist with transparent quotations.
Deliverables: 3–5 Supplier Comparison Sheet (price MOQ lead time notes).
Step 3 – Sample & Quality Check
We arrange product samples perform inspections and provide testing or photos/videos.
Deliverables: Sample Photos/QC Checklist/Test Report PDF.
Step 4 – Order & Payment
Orders and contracts are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Deliverables: Purchase Contract/Agency Agreement/NDA (if required).
Step 5 – Production Follow-up
We track the entire production process and share weekly progress updates.
Deliverables: Weekly Progress Report/Inspection Report (DPI or PSI).
Step 6 – Logistics & Delivery
We arrange safe packing and on-time shipping with all required documents.
Deliverables: Packing List & Invoice/Tracking Number or Bill of Lading.
